I’m the founder of Work Better Labs and System Builders, helping teams and freelancers build scalable systems through Notion, AI automation, and systems thinking.

Before this, I spent 13 years at Accenture as a Software QA Manager and Business Analyst. When I left corporate, my first Notion client paid me $2 an hour—and I eventually went into debt trying to make freelancing work.

I rebuilt by learning to solve business problems, design better workflows, and sell outcomes instead of hours. Today, I build operating systems for real estate, housing, and short-term rental teams while teaching Filipino freelancers how to build client-ready systems.
